The option requires customers to pick-up Nimue products from the brand outlets. Login to your account to purchase the item and choose “Cash-On-Pick Up” on the “Check Out” page. We will call you upon order confirmation to set a pick-up time and date.

Cash-On-Redemption (For 1st Trial Treatment Voucher)

For all 1st Trial Treatment Vouchers, you can opt to pay when you redeem your vouchers at the outlet. Choose “Cash-On-Pick Up”, login to your account to purchase the item. You’ll be required to fill in the Collection Form upon redemption.

Do you deliver to where I am? How long will the delivery takes?

We ship to West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. As long as you stay in Malaysia, we will ship the products to you. Your items will be delivered to you in within 7 working days from the date you make your order.

Is there any shipping fee?

Is there any additional charge and hidden cost?
